How we use the WhatsApp Business API
RemindPaisa uses Meta's official WhatsApp Business API to send approved reminder templates to your customers. Your customer's phone number is shared with Meta only for message delivery — this is required by the API and governed by Meta's data policy. We do not use WhatsApp-obtained data for advertising or sell it to third parties. WhatsApp reminders use approved templates, and delivery/read status is recorded when Meta provides it.
