Is there a free plan?
Yes. You can start on the Free plan and use RemindPaisa without paying — upgrade only when your collections grow.
How do message credits work?
Each plan includes a pool of combined message credits. Sending one WhatsApp or SMS message uses one credit from that shared pool. Included credits refresh with each billing cycle.
Are WhatsApp and SMS credits separate?
No — credits are a single combined pool usable for either WhatsApp or SMS, so nothing is wasted if you use one channel more than the other.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Messages keep working on a pay-per-message basis from your prepaid balance, at the per-message rate shown on your plan. If the balance runs out too, sending pauses until you top up — nothing is charged silently.
Do unused credits carry forward?
Included plan credits reset at each renewal and don't carry forward. Your prepaid top-up balance is different — it stays in your account until you use it.
Is email included?
Where email delivery is enabled for your account, email reminders don't consume message credits.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Start free and request an upgrade from inside the app whenever you're ready — your data and setup carry over as-is.
